Dim Sum...and then some!

It's Sunday morning, and we're on our way to a very traditional Chinese brunch...Dim Sum. 

I love dim sum at City Hall for many reasons. It's a very authentic experience, as the Chinese ladies push around carts full of all sorts of scary, delicious, and strange delicacies. 

My friends are so brave.

Each one of them sucked on a toe. It's a must-try experience, although I don't think any of them will ever eat a chicken foot again...Not that I blame them.

After our belly's were full, we hopped on the MTR to go see the Big Buddha. 

We rode the cable car up.

Admired Kendra and Mark's matching kicks. 

And stopped to pose for more pictures.

The Hendrick's brought an Elon flag with them, so we tried our luck at taking a photo worthy of the Elon magazine. Which one is your pick?

We marveled at the magnitude of the Buddha, and I hope they weren't too disappointed when they found out he was built in 1993.

We checked out the Po Lin Monastery and were lucky enough to get a few glimpses of the monks.

Before heading back we made a quick stop at the store to pick up dinner. Jeff was impressed with the bags of rice.

After the past two crazy nights, a spaghetti dinner was just what we needed.

It was the perfect way to end DAY 3.
