Today we hiked stages 5 and 6 of the Wilson Trail. We had loads of visitors...
There were wild monkeys EVERYWHERE! It was unbelievable. We knew we would encounter monkeys along the trail, but never imagined how many we would see. They were hanging out everywhere...on the path, in the trees, on-top of the map post, on telephone wires, and in the water.
Now, the monkeys were cute, but not the friendliest of creatures. Some would hiss at us while others just ignored us. I loved them...Hayley, Bethany, and Daria...not so much.
It was such a fun hike today. Enjoy the pictures of the monkeys and the surrounding areas.
We were so close to them. I was about 2 feet away from the one in the bottom right corner. After about 5 pictures of him, he started hissing at me. I quickly ran away :)
These pictures are on the Kowloon side of Hong Kong...we're getting close to the China border.

those monkeys are hilarious! :) your birthday looks like so much fun, i am so glad dudley is okay too! :) ha! i think scout and sedona have eaten a few things like that themselves as well :)

Look at those monkeys! I'm glad you didn't have Dudley with you! There's no telling how many monkey bites he would have come home with!
